Application to add or delete Parties to the Suit: O.1 R.10(2)
Any of the Defendant to the Suit may make an Application under this Rule, to remove / strike out their name in the Suit on the grounds that no reliefs are claimed against it; and he is neither a necessary party nor a formal party to the Suit; and he is being needlessly joined as Defendant in the Suit;
and any person may make an Application under this Rule, to add itself / himself as Defendant to the Suit, on the grounds that reliefs claimed in the Suit cannot be granted unless it / he is duly heard in that behalf; and it / he is a necessary or a formal party to the Suit, and its / his presence is necessary for to adjudicate upon all or any of the Issues arises in the Suit.
