Absence of Findings on material fact

5 The Orders must record findings on Jurisdictional facts. The Jurisdictional facts are such material facts, on the premise of which, reliefs are claimed.
6 The Impugned Order was set aside on the premise that High Court did not rendered any findings on merits of the Case and upfront allowed the Writ Petition.
