Suit under Article 59 of Limitation Act, 1963, to set aside a decree of the Court
A Civil Suit may be filed to set aside the decree of the Court. And such Suit may be filed within three years from the date when the facts entitling the plaintiff to have the decree set aside, first becomes known to the Plaintiff. (Article 59 of the Limitation Act, 1963)
